LaGuardia to Manhattan for $2.50

In the past, a taxi from LaGuardia airport to midtown was about $30. In December, 2023 it was $100(!) Lesson learned: If you know how to use the subway, you can do it for $2.50. The Q70 bus is a free shuttle bus that goes from LaGuardia’s B and C terminals to a Queens (elevated) subway stop serving the 7, E and F lines. You can enter the trains by tapping a credit card.

The bus doesn’t go to terminal A (Spirit). If you’re flying in there you’ll need to take an airport shuttle to one of the other terminals
